What is included
Frequently asked questions
What is the online seating plan?
An interactive tool where you see your reception floor plan and drag & drop each guest onto their table. Instead of paper, post-its and crossing out, you have a live layout that changes in seconds.
How much does it cost?
The seating plan is included in the Wedding Digital Suite (€199) together with the digital invitation and QR album. Ask us if you want it on its own.
Is it connected to the RSVPs?
Yes. Because our invitations count RSVPs automatically, you know exactly how many are coming before you start seating them — you do not seat people who will not show up.
Can I make last-minute changes?
That is the whole reason it exists. A guest cancels, a family wants to sit together — drag and done, without rebuilding everything.
How do I give it to the venue and caterer?
You export a clean, printable list of who sits where, so the venue and caterer set up correctly — no misunderstandings on the wedding day.
