Clear signage at the capture point, respect for anyone who prefers not to be photographed, delivery of all material to you, and deletion from our systems on request. You get a written description of the process before the event.
Our effects are cold — no flame and no heat — and are used indoors. Tell us exactly what your venue requires (equipment declarations, risk assessment, insurance details) and we prepare it before signing.

Combinations: for larger events the services are invoiced as a package at a single price, lower than the sum of the parts. Give us your headcount and duration and we propose the combination that avoids queues.
Process
One email or one call: date, venue, headcount, type of event. If you have not decided on services, we propose them based on headcount and hours.
A written quote with a per-service breakdown, a validity date and any document you asked for (NDA, GDPR, equipment specs).
Confirmation via a signed quote or an official purchase order. The date is locked — we do not hold dates verbally.
We speak directly to the venue manager: power supply, positioning, access time, whatever paperwork is required. You are not stuck in the middle.
Early arrival, setup and testing before the first guest walks in. Our own operator on every installation for the full duration. Breakdown afterwards, without being asked.
All material delivered on a private link or USB, a proper invoice, and deletion of the material from our systems on request.
